Coffee Pond has made it easy for you to place your portrait order online and support our school! A portion of the proceeds of every order placed on or before Picture Day are returned to our school to support fundraising efforts. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to www.coffeepond.com and click on the big red button that says “Order School Portraits and shop our exclusive products”.
  2. Using the drop-down menu, select Weston, CT, then select Hurlbutt Elementary School.
  3. Enter your child’s information, including full first name (as it appears in the school’s registry).
  4. Select your packages and add them to your cart.
  5. If you have more than one child attending this school, click “Order for Another Child” and repeat the steps above.
  6. Once you’ve added packages to your cart for all your children, you’re ready to check out! Follow the prompts to enter your contact and billing information. Once all your information has
    been entered and you’ve reviewed your order, just be sure to click “Submit Order”!

Should I order before my child's picture is taken?

Yes! Portrait orders are meant to be placed before pictures are taken. A portion of the proceeds of every order placed on or before Picture Day is returned to Hurlbutt to support the PTO. Be sure to get your order in during this window to have your purchase count toward this contribution! 

How do I order pictures?

It's simple! Prior to Picture Day, fill out that form your child brings home and return it to the school with payment before Picture Day, or order online at www.coffeepond.com. For the lowest prices, order before Picture Day! A handling fee will apply to orders placed after Picture Day.


What if I don't like my pictures?

If you're unhappy for any reason, you may elect to have a retake or to receive a refund. We want everyone to be happy with the pictures they receive, so we offer a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee.
