Weston Memorial Day Fair

Each year the Weston community celebrates Memorial Day with a fair, 5K and parade. It is an annual tradition that attracts thousands of families from surrounding communities as well as its own Westonites. The fair is run by volunteers from the Hurlbutt and Weston Intermediate School parent teacher organizations (PTOs) and is their largest fundraiser of the year.

Shifts are around 2 hrs. There will be an online training for the pre-sale ticket booth.

Sponsorships

We are seeking charitable contributions from Corporate Sponsors to support the Weston Memorial Day Fair. Your much needed contributions will help us and get your business A LOT of promotion.

EAGLE LEVEL - $1,500: This level includes the largest logo treatment on a banner at the entrance to the fair; your logo on a board outside of the ticket booth; your logo on the ticket website; a sponsor post and sponsor saved reel on our Instagram page; recognition on the loudspeaker during the fair as a sponsor of the event; and two complimentary unlimited ride bracelets.
STAR LEVEL - $500: This level includes your logo prominently on a banner at the entrance to the fair; your logo on a board outside of the ticket booth; your logo on the ticket website; a sponsor post and sponsor saved reel on our Instagram page; and recognition on the loudspeaker during the fair as a sponsor of the event.
STRIPE LEVEL - $300: This level includes your logo on a banner at the entrance to the fair and your company logo on the ticket website.
SPIRIT LEVEL - $100: This level includes social promotion on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Community Booths

We are pleased to extend an invitation to local organizations to participate in the Weston Memorial Day Fair through our Community Booth Table program. This program is a fantastic opportunity for organizations to build community engagement, promote awareness, generate interest, and create connections with the local community.

All community booths are responsible for bringing their own 10’ x 10’ tent covering, tables and chairs. You are also welcome to hand out fliers or giveaways to promote your presence at the fair.

Non-Profit Organizations: $25 (fee is used to offset custodial services)
For-Profit Organizations: $250 (donation)

route 57 west fest

The WIS and Hurlbutt PTO’s proudly present the inaugural Route 57 West Fest, a vibrant celebration of arts and education taking place over Memorial Day Weekend at the Memorial Day Fair. This first-of-its-kind, two-day arts festival will feature an exciting lineup of local bands, including performances by talented student musicians and "rock star" parents, alongside a diverse array of daytime acts such as dance troupes and cheer squads. Under the mentorship of experienced PTO parents and guided by the expertise of an Emmy Award-winning executive producer, the festival not only promises a showcase of Weston's rich cultural talent but also offers a unique, hands-on learning experience for students involved in its production. Join us for a weekend filled with music, art, and community spirit, celebrating the extraordinary talent within our community.
