Weston Public Schools families will have access to an exclusive pre-sale for discounted daily ride bracelets and VIP parking passes.

Ride bracelets provide unlimited rides for one day of the fair.
A separate bracelet must be purchased for each day you plan to attend.

Event Sponsors

We are seeking charitable contributions from local businesses and community partners to help sponsor the Memorial Day Fair.

Ticket Booth Volunteers Needed

The fair isn’t possible without volunteers, and our ticket booths need your help!

 

Volunteering is a fun way to connect with friends and neighbors while the kids enjoy the rides, games, and plenty of sweet treats.

 

Bonus: the ticket booths are air-conditioned!

 

We’ll provide quick and easy training, so you’ll know exactly what to do to help get tickets and ride bracelets into the hands of excited fairgoers.

West Fest Music Festival

We’re thrilled to bring back West Fest for its third year, featuring incredible performances from local bands, talented students, and even some musical parents from our community.

West Fest VIP Tents

Elevate your Memorial Day Fair experience with a West Fest VIP Tent.

Only 10 tents are available per day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), and each 10×10 tent includes:

  • A 6-foot table

  • Tablecloth

  • Bucket of water bottles

  • Personalized sign with your family or group name
