One School One Book

This year Hurlbutt will be celebrating the 12th year participating in the One School One Book program. This program gives the entire school community an opportunity to participate in a school-wide book club. 

The Hurlbutt PTO is proud to sponsor this annual program. All students and staff members will receive a copy of this year's book "The Magic School Bus: Sink or Swim". Throughout the week teachers will be reading the book to their class. Students will participate in activities including trivia questions about the book, crafts and more!

Thursday, May 9 will be Hawaii Day. Students are invited to dress in a beach theme: shorts, t-shirts, floral print fabric, sunglasses, sun hats are a few suggestions (no swimsuits or flip flops please).
