North House Playground

The Hurlbutt PTO is committed to gifting Hurlbutt Elementary School the necessary funds to upgrade the North House playground this summer. 

This philanthropy initiative will cost nearly $105,000 for the creation of a safe and engaging outdoor space where students can learn, play, and socialize. The playground improvements will not only enhance the physical well-being of our children but also serve as a hub for fostering creativity, collaboration, and friendship.

The Hurlbutt PTO has already hosted two successful fundraising campaigns including the School Experiences Auction and Bee Ball Auction. All proceeds from these campaigns along with Philanthropy reserves will be dedicated to the North House Playground.

The initiative, aptly named "Building Dreams, One Brick at a Time," invites community members, parents, alumni, and staff to participate in this meaningful initiative by purchasing personalized bricks, which will be prominently displayed on the Hurlbutt grounds. Each brick can be engraved with a family name, a special message, or a dedication, serving as a lasting testament to the generosity and support of our community.
