Yearbook Orders: Deadline to purchase is MARCH 15.
We recommend one PER CHILD. Yearbooks are distributed at the end of the year parties where they are signed by classmates.
We encourage you to purchase yearbooks at this time as they CANNOT be purchased at the end of the year.
The PTO does make a small profit on the sale of yearbooks to purchase yearbooks for the school library.
You can personalize your yearbook with a custom cover foil stamp. Enter name as you want printed at checkout. Name will be foil-stamped on the yearbook cover.

SECOND GRADE SHOUT OUTS
Families are invited to purchase shout outs for their 2nd grade student(s) that will be included in the 2024-25 Hurlbutt Yearbook.
Priced at only $5 each, they are the perfect way to send a special keepsake message before moving up to WIS. Messages can be sent from parents, grandparents, cousins, and siblings!
Messages are limited to 100 characters and are to be submitted when placing the order. If you've already placed your order for the yearbook, you can still add-on the shout-out.

Photo Submissions
While in year’s past we have reached out to families for yearbook photos, this year we are planning to rely on submissions from teachers. We believe this will be more reflective and equitable in representation, but also want to ensure those that do not have permission to be in the yearbook are not included.
Throughout the year, our Yearbook Chair, Jill Streisand, is sending friendly reminders to the teachers to take and submit photos of their class—whether it's from everyday activities, special events, field trips, or classroom celebrations.
We also have two dedicated photographers, Ashley Scavatto and Julia Crawford, that are capturing photos at PTO & school events.
If we do not receive sufficient submissions from teachers, we will reach out to Room Parents to help us fill the gaps.
